She believes that empowering individuals with awareness, education & acceptance are vital pieces to making changes. Her goal is to provide support in reaching the goals that individuals have set to promote enhanced quality of life, independence, balance & peace.

No two people are the same, therefore Erin uses an integrative approach to counseling. Her training and skills allow her to utilize evidence-based practices in addressing individual goals while providing a safe, supportive environment.

Andrea creates an accepting and supportive environment for you to work through difficult issues and make meaningful changes to improve your life.  She appreciates your strength, resiliency, and vulnerability to work towards change. Andrea will provide you with education, resources, and skills to empower you in making changes.

She recognizes that your path towards change will be unique and will require an approach tailored to your specific needs. Andrea will use a collaborative approach to help you to find solutions that will work.

Outside of the counseling office, Andrea loves to jump out of perfectly-good airplanes and teach others to do the same.  She also enjoys traveling, being in nature, flying in wind tunnels, and spending time with my husband (he jumps out of planes too).
