Counseling philosOphy
Andrea provides a welcoming, supportive space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through and begin making meaningful changes in your life. She values your strength, resilience, and willingness to be vulnerable, and believes these qualities are key to growth and healing. Andrea offers practical education, tools, and resources to help you feel empowered and confident as you move forward.

She understands that everyone’s path looks different, so therapy with Andrea is never one-size-fits-all. Using a collaborative approach, she works alongside you to understand your needs and find solutions that truly fit your life.
Outside of the counseling office, Andrea loves to jump out of perfectly-good airplanes and teach others to do the same. She also enjoys traveling, being in nature, flying in wind tunnels, and spending time with her husband (who also jumps out of planes).
